Ordered the tooth to complete a costume. Thought it would be hard plastic but the tooth was instead rubbery plastic. The detail is good. I think will be a good gift for my pirate friend (he doesn't care if it's not hard plastic). Kids would like this item and when they inevitably run around the tooth wouldn't hurt if it bounced on the string. Lost 1 star because it won't pass the touch test for realism.
